Lumiray is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment use on Apple devices you own or control.
Because Lumiray is distributed through the App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read here: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Purchases
"Full Glow" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. Purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. In-game pearls are earned through play, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to tamper with the game, manipulate leaderboards, or use it in any unlawful way. We may remove scores that appear fraudulent.
No warranty
Lumiray is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
