Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 June 2026
Lumiray is a game made by PLAYRIOT. We built it to need as little of your information as possible. This policy explains exactly what that means.
The short version
No account. No login. We do not collect your personal information, and we do not track you. Your game progress lives on your device and syncs through your own iCloud — we never see it.
What we do not collect
Lumiray does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or photos. The app contains no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs that profile you.
Your progress (on device & iCloud)
Your scores, pearls, unlocked creatures, stars, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you are signed into iCloud, Apple syncs this save across your own devices using iCloud Key-Value Storage. That sync is handled entirely by Apple and is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data.
Game Center (optional)
If you enable Game Center, leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple. Your Game Center nickname and avatar are shown by Apple's Game Center, under Apple's terms — we do not store them. The only thing Lumiray sends to Game Center is your in-game score for the boards you choose to compete on. You can turn Game Center off in iOS Settings at any time.
Purchases
Lumiray's full game is free. "Full Glow" is a single one-time purchase processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. Apple handles the payment; we never receive or store your payment details.
Advertising
The core game shows no forced advertising. You may, entirely optionally, choose to watch a short rewarded ad — for example, to continue a run. When rewarded ads are enabled, they are served by Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers to deliver and measure those ads; see Google's advertising policies. You are never required to watch an ad to play, and we do not share your personal information with advertisers.
Children
Lumiray is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
